"Unexpected holiday visit"

First a big thank you to the ambulance crew for their speedy response, medical knowledge and driving skills through very heavy traffic to take us from our hotel to the hospital. They put us at ease as much as was possible. At A&E we seen promptly and were explained what would happen in a clear and concise way. We had to spend some time awaiting test results and we well looked after in the Jarrett ward. Fortunately we were discharged and allowed to return to our hotel. Thank you to everybody involved we were extremely impressed with the hospital coming from another area. One small criticism, our son had come several miles to help us and ended up paying £11 to park!
