Waited to have a large amount of equipment collected fro my aunt's house. To be collected between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm onset date. I called to ask if there was any chance of a rough time advised no.
Van driver called me a pm to say they could not collect today. They always do collections pm as the van is empty.
I waited in all day when the collection was always going to be pm. Could the person I spoke to not have told me this?
This is equipment my aunt no longer needs as she is in the hospice and not returning home. Equipment needs to be back in circulation ASAP for other users. This was a day lost waiting when I could have been with her.
