Had an appointment this morning and was seen on time by a very friendly doctor and a friendly and efficient nurse was explained my treatment and follow up advices this was the NHS at it's best thanks.

It's really important that people are at ease when attending appointments so that they are able to ask questions, understand what treatment options are available and to be involved in planning care.
