"Taking the time to care..."

About: WestMARC (West of Scotland Mobility and Rehabilitation Centre)

(as a service user),

I cannot fault any of the staff, the service is incredible. Basically, I feel they show extreme patience with patients.

The call handlers are brilliant. If a patient feels down the call handlers try to bring them back up. I was not feeling good yesterday and today to be honest. I spoke with WestMarc yesterday and they also tried to call me today, just to check in.

Hearing that message on my phone, knowing someone is following a duty of care, knowing they are taking the time to care means a lot to me. I want them to know I would highly recommend them.
