My father was admitted to Sapphire ward on 18/12c& stayed for2 weeks. The ward was bright, clean, friendly and cheerful .
Every single member of staff that we encountered , was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring . My father recieved great nursing care and I was kept up to date with his situation.
