Just had a chap out from WestMARC to look at my wheelchair and it was excellent.

A very nice chap, very helpful, very polite, just a very good service. We've always been lucky enough to have this excellent service.

I'm always a believer that you'd be quick enough to complain if something was wrong, but theres as few people who would mention if it was good, so you can pass this on to the chap thanks.
