"Appalling "

Over the past number of years this surgery has drastically got worse. There’s no continuity of care, you see a different gp each time, my appointments with the nurses have been changed on many occasions due to sickness (makes you wonder why they are off sick, probably working under so much pressure)

The staff turnover over the past few years on the front line is crazy. Always a different face who don’t appear to have the basic training/skills they need. Lack of compassion and empathy, it’s like they don’t want to be there. This is why I have just taken completed registration forms for another practice for me and my 4 kids!
