"Crohns Disease Care"

I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease in September 2018, this came as a shock and was very difficult to deal with. I have to say the IBD team at the RAH were excellent with myself and always answered what I consider an invaluable email service promptly and efficiently.   The care they have gave me has led to me being in remission for the past 9 months and being able to get on with my day to day life. They are an excellent team of nurses and I thank them for their care.
