Team work

I would like to thank the Endoscopy team (Shona, Dr Wilson, Michelle, Claire and Vivienne), for helping get through my first and hopefully last endoscope experience.

The team were excellent, they made me feel as comfortable as possible, explained everything and supported me throughout the process. The results were explained clearly and concisely.

The team also took the time to find out something about me so I was fully engaged.

Excellent teamwork and a credit to the NHS.
