"Hydrotherapy at Crosshouse Hospital"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

What a lovely experience from a caring group of professional people. They were careful to make everyone  feel secure and at ease in the pool. Clearly some of the patients were in a lot of pain and very apprehensive about even entering the water. The physio was utterly brilliant and had them at ease in no time. Even the friendly nurse who greets you and sorts out appointments is a delight. This is a service that’s so worthwhile and great value to the NHS

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Hip hip hooray,

I am delighted to hear that your visit went well and that the staff made you feel at ease and secure. It must make a huge difference when you are confident in the people around you, especially where water is concerned!

Thank you for taking time to share this with us, I am sure it will mean a great deal to the teams.

Best wishes for your onward recovery,

Eunice
