About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

As  a regular outpatient at Forth Valley, I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent receptionists at the desk at the entrance to Outpatients, opposite the chaplaincy centre. They always offer a friendly welcome and whatever help is needed. It makes an enormous positive difference - especially when, as a patient, you are feeling anxious about having a scan. Thank you so much.
