"Helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable"

I just wanted to again say thank you to the staff of the  pediatric assessment unit at Ninewells  for their care of my son who became unwell a week before Christmas. We were in the unit three times that week and I also  made several  calls for advice during the week. Every time staff were so kind, helpful and did everything to ensure my 9 month old was getting the help he needed.

The GPs at Stanley Medical Centre were also great sending us  to the unit twice to get the specialist checks he needed. After the last visit where he had deteriatoted somewhat, medicine was given and he recovered enough to enjoy his christmas.  Everytime I have had to attend the PAU with my son ( unfortunately 3 times since his birth) staff have been so helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable and I have always felt we have been looked after extremely well.
