"Your unfailing kindness to my husband"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

Thank you for your unfailing kindness to my husband, both from the staff involved in the cognitive behaviour sessions and the staff who transported him to and from the sessions. They were most helpful.

My husband benefited and enjoyed the stimulation of the sessions and more importantly being out of his home. It has improved his confidence and his cognitive ability.

Once again many thanks

Hello, my name is Jane Danforth. My role involves helping our service users, volunteers and staff to understand that Notts Healthcare wants to hear stories about our services. We reply to every story and it really helps us to improve what we do, how we do it and to hear about what works well too.

Dear uniformxq38

Thank you for sharing your experience.I would love to be able to pass your story to the staff who helped you. If you have a minute would you mind replying to me with the name of the service and where you went to received the sessions so that I can make sure they read your story and send you a reply.

I wish your husband well in his recovery, it sounds like you have both really benefited from the sessions.

Kind Regards

Jane
