"Excellent care received "

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

Admitted to A& E with suspected chest infection elderly lady.

Excellent care given, and then moved onto MAU again very well looked after. Finally moved to Terrington Ward. Staff and the outreach team gave excellent care and constant supervision. Unfortunately the lady passed away as she had other complicated conditions but was treated with kindness and dignity throughout her stay. I cannot praise the hospital staff enough. Thank you all for caring.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments at this difficult time for you. I am really pleased to hear that throughout her stay in hospital your loved one received kindness, excellent care, constant supervision and that her dignity was maintained. I will be sharing your comments with the staff in A&E, MAU and Terrington so that they are aware of how the care they provided enabled some positives to be taken from this sad time.

Kind regards
