"Needs improvements"

Today, on 07/01/2020 I walked in the sexual health clinic in Coventry. The check up was quite fast. I have been seen within the first hour of my arrival. However, due to the existed problems I have been suggested to take a treatment on the same day. I waited over 90 minutes and the nurses was unable so see me on time, then I had to leave as I was late for work. So, in conclusion, whenever they want to see a patient they can sort it out very quickly. And sometimes they do prioritise others over you and this is the problem!

It would be recommend the clinic to follow some procedures to not fail customers. Clients should know when is their time to be seen. It was such a waste of time! Tomorrow, however will try my luck again. Yes, a luck! As their steps to see patients are total failure!
