This place is fantastic.

Anything you've trouble with its sorted as quick as they possibly can.

Moved to different accommodation often being in one room for years. No explanation given. I'd got used to the room. If they'd given a reasonable reason, I wouldn't mind.

Furniture and lighting is great. Canteen needs improving. Seating and tables need fastening to the floor because they're left in a mess after bingo and other events.

Better access to a bath. Use a shower but can't stand for long.

Thank you so much for your feedback.

It’s great to hear that you view The Meadows as a fantastic place to live and that you love the furniture and lighting, following your move from a one room property. We recognise that any move can be traumatic and it should have been explained to you fully what was happening. I will feedback the importance of this to the relevant agencies for you.

The café area at The Meadows is currently under refurbishment and should be completed in the next few weeks and I’m confident that you will like what we’ve done when this is completed. Unfortunately, we are unable to secure furniture to the floor, but we do have a fantastic housekeeper team on site to move the tables and chairs back to where they belong after activities have taken place.

All the apartments at The Meadows have accessible bathrooms with a shower and shower chair provided so please use this if you need to sit whilst having a shower.
