"Always kind, knowledgeable and empathetic"

I had a really difficult time establishing breastfeeding, so contacted Breastfeeding Support for advice. I was so relieved to get a call back from Collete, who helped to calm me down and offered to visit me at home. Collete has now supported me on a number of occasions. She is always kind, knowledgeable & empathetic and has always encouraged me to persevere. She is also extremely professional and always does what she says she will do, even going above & beyond to help. If it wasn't for Collete and this service, I definitely would not still be breastfeeding 10 weeks on.
