"Waiting too long between visits is bad for my feet"

About: Community Health Services / Podiatry

(as the patient),

The staff are all very good and see you on time.

However, the time you have to wait between visits is much too long to wait. Having to wait so long means that my nails get too long and break away, this makes them very sore. And when I walk it’s very sore, and can even start bleeding.

Please please make sure that there is a shorter time between visits for people who really need these appointments!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment regarding your experience with our Podiatry Service. It is really important to us that our service users tell us about their experience.

I am pleased that you feel that all the staff are very good and see you on time. You have also highlighted the important issue that you feel you have to wait too long in between your visits. We are aware that due to the high demand for the service, the length of time in between your visits has increased and we are currently trying to address this issue of bringing the waiting times down across the whole service by booking extra podiatry sessions at our clinics.
