"Receptionists deserve medals"

About: Lincoln Green Medical Centre

I have always found the receptionists kind and helpful and extremely professional. They have a very difficult job and are often the target for things that are beyond their control. I think they ALL deserve medals and respect for doing a very difficult job with such professionalism! WELL DONE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! And don't let the people that are frustrated and fail to understand your challenges get you down.

Thank you for taking the time to write such lovely words of understanding. This has really boosted staff morale on reception and as a team we are all grateful for the positivity. We always endeavour to help all patients in every way we can and will continue to do our best.
