I would like to thank all the staff on a&e and the staff on amu east and amu west and the staff on marjory Warren who looked after my husband 100 pre cent the only thing we was not happy with was the food in which he received the food from the canteen was great but the food for the patients was disappointing he feels you should look into getting new cooks that's why we have only given four out five stars

We are always pleased when relatives take the time to comment on the care and treatment their loved ones have received at Basildon Hospital and were glad that your husband's experience was a positive one. Your kind words have been shared with staff in A&E, AMU and Marjory Warren.

All feedback is important to us and your comments regarding the inpatient meals was forwarded to the senior team for a response. They are sorry that your husband did not enjoy the food served to him whilst he was an inpatient. The Trust has a wide selection of over twenty two meal choices as well as a selection of home-made sandwiches and salads, and all patient meals have been approved by our dieticians.
