"Incredibly rude staff"

I came to the MIU after a nasty crush injury to my finger, it was very clear it was causing me significant pain, the swelling and bruising was pretty extreme. I was met with a rude nurse who was patronising, unwelcoming and she SQUEEZED the end of my finger so hard I spent the next 15 minutes crying in the waiting room waiting for an x-ray. Broken in two places as expected. Why on earth would she squeeze it?!!

Felt compelled to write a review after I called today for advice regarding my 13 year old son's significantly injured finger, we had attended the MIU the day before to find it broken and he tip almost sliced completely off. On the call I was met with the same incredibly rude manner I experienced last year, speaking to me as if I was completely stupid, interrupting me and being so unhelpful. Having this facility in Bideford is extremely valuable but not if made to make its patients fear coming through sheer rudeness of its staff members.
