About: Medway Maritime Hospital

my 95 year old mother was sent home on Monday, no carers turned up when she phoned her care company they didn't even know she had been sent home she was in two wards during her stay each one passed the buck to the other ward, a week before discharge I spoke to a doctor, a staff nurse and physio, and they assured me everything would be in place before she was sent home, I had to threaten to phone for an ambulance and send her back before anything was done ,absolutely appalling, this hospital should be put back into special measures,
