"5star service"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

Had valve removal and a valve repaired 16.12.19 the dedication and care I saw on the i.c.u ward and on ward 39, was beyond belief ...All staff were efficient careing, curtious, and respective to each patient..I can not thank them ALL enough...It felt like I was in a 5 star hotel.many many thanks to you all

Thank you for leaving this feedback about Ward 39 and ICU. It must have been a very worrying time for you and your family undergoing an intensive procedure like this and I am delighted that you felt so supported the entire time it by the staff.
