I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in the service we provide. We have recently trialled a new appointment/access system from the beginning of November, starting out at Gale Farm and Old Forge. The aim is to increase the accessibility of our GPs, and improve continuity of care. We also offer urgent appointments on the day for anyone needing seen at all of our sites, and routine appointments for more complex need patients.
