"What a difference its made"

Allow me to say what a benefit having support has made for me.   I cannot implore just what a difference it makes having someone to help out with phone-calls, support, just someone to share an experience with, hearing your own words inform someone else you cannot manage - not being heard is shocking and intensifies alienation and vulnerability.   I do not care to imagine what may have  happened to me without Emma Kirby listening and embarking on actions to relevant department.   If I had not received help I am scared what may have happened.   Thank you
