"No one answering the phone"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I was telephoned on Friday about an appointment for a scan but I am not now sure which date I was told. I have tried calling back since then but the phone just rings out. I have just tried the central Reception and they tried for 45 minutes but no reply and said there was nothing else they could do. I think this is ridiculous; I just need to check the date.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to post your experience trying to check your appointment for a scan at Heartlands Hospital. I am very concerned to read your comments and would like to reassure you that the Trust take seriously the issues that you have raised.
