"I left the clinic walking on air"

I just wanted to say that I had an excellent care and treatment experience from Dr Rachel Gardner and the nurses and admin staff at this clinic, just recently. I was referred by my GP re concerns about a mole. I was seen by Dr Gardner within a few weeks and the mole was removed there and then at my first appt, thus avoiding weeks of worry whilst awaiting biopsy results. Three weeks later, I returned for my results  which turned out to be worse than I'd hoped. A wider excision was required and again, it was done there and then, with no ongoing worry for myself and family. I left the clinic walking on air. I cannot recommend enough the holistic approach taken by Dr. Gardner and the clinic staff. It's worth its weight in gold to be able to have this on-the-spot surgery as it removes so much anxiety and fear and makes recovery so much easier. I think I would have been sick with worry otherwise. I was also seen the following week at my request as I'd forgotten to show her another skin marking, which turned out to be harmless. From both a clinical and psychological point of view, my treatment was excellent. My thanks go to Dr Gardner and the clinic team for their professional, efficient and compassionate approach and practice.
