"Uncaring,lacked constructive communication skills."

Witnessed awful care for my 69 year old brother who was dieing of cancer,sent home with no care plan in situ,never explained to him or his next of kin what was planned for him,he was weak and very frail and could not comprehend and retain very much and his next of kin were told very little and certainly nothing pertaining to care or planning. A truly sad,heartbreaking experience and this memory has made the grief of losing him so much harder to deal with. My resentment is so deep against this hospital,it will pass in time,my brother now rests in peace,I have put an official complaint forward hoping that no-one else need ever go through this.
