Great service from audiology at both Malton and York hospitals
First appointment - to test my hearing - took less than one month from GP to hospital
Second one - to fit me with new hearing aids - took only 9 working days. The audiologist couldn't have been more caring, informative, kind and helpful! And I'm now fitted with a gleaming new pair of hearing aids - and several packs of batteries - for free!
For both appointments I had a choice of venue and date.

Thank you for letting us know about the great service you received within the Audiology service. I'm pleased to hear that the process was smooth and efficient and that the staff were caring. I know it makes such a difference and I'm pleased that you now have the hearing aids and I hope they are making a difference.
