Ward 13
Nothing is too much trouble for the nurses. Although nurses are very obviously busy, he feels they respond to his requests cheerily. Dr McGurn gets very high privatise for his approach to patients, by kneeling down to speak to the patient while chatting this is much appreciated by patient. The doctor has targeted where the problem lies and is focussing on that. Some plans ahead offered to patient but no definite date for going home given.
Mediation arrives on time and the patient understands he can ask for more pain relief if required.
Family can communicate with the doctor easily. Buzzers answered quickly day or night.
Well, run ward. Staff beyond any level of criticism.
PS No money changed hands for this comment! (Patient requested this be added)
