"Repeat prescription "

About: Sleaford Medical Group

For the past few months my repeat prescription have been incorrect. Communication is poor and organisation is nothing to be desired. I feel if this is happening to me what about patients don’t understand. Missed medication. I have even started reordering my prescription on line and the past two month the order as been incorrect. The staff advised me I could not have one item until I have been reviewed. This month I got this said item and none of my others.

We were sorry to read of your negative experience of the practice back in 2019. In instances such as this, we would ask that you contact us to discuss any concerns that may have arisen via our dedicated phone lines.

That being said, a lot has changed since this time, both within the practice and the wider NHS in terms of how we work. We remain accessible for any queries/ordering via our dedicated phone line or via the online platforms of SystmOnline and askmyGP.
