As a Full Time working over 60 year old I developed a serious chest infection over a year ago

It became clear that a Spirometry test was urgent.

Three Times appointments were made for spirometry and three times this surgery rang me to cancel at the last minute with "Pathetic" excuses too insulting to even list.

These late cancellations were hugely aggravating when I had arranged "Time Off" from my very busy business, and rearranged my own customers bookings with all the inconvenience and domino effect that has.

You can never get this practice on the phone

They are Not Fit for purpose.

I still have the serious chest infection - and cannot afford to go private as I work 50 - 55 hours per week just to pay my bills

This practice could not care less and have no empathy with ill clients
