About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Ear, Nose & Throat (ward 3b)

(as a service user),

Child was in for ENT surgery they staff could of not made us feel more at ease and talked us through the whole process, kept us up to date and informed throughout. Friendly face at a nerve wracking time! Can’t thank them enough!
