"Extremely kind staff"

I was a patient in the endoscopy unit having investigations. I was made to feel very relaxed from the time I went on to the unit until the time I left, everyone was so kind. I was feeling very anxious about my endoscopy result and the staff nurse who I would love to name but can’t, went to great lengths to alleviate my worries. She went to speak to the surgeon x 2 and really did go beyond the call of duty. What a lovely nurse, thank you. They were all exceptional staff and it was a lovely atmosphere. Thank you everyone on duty on Saturday, including the surgeon 😊. Jill Lambert.
