I get incontinence pads from nhs, I don't get enough to last the 3 months I have to wait before reordering and they told me when I complained about this that I was only allowed to wear 1 pad a day, when asked why this was as it is disgusting to wear a soiled pad all day long, I was told to wipe it out and put it back on. Well I'm on disability and don't get anywhere near enough money to buy what I need for my incontinence issues, so I have to do what I'm told, I get continuous pain in my pelvic area, infections, burning and upset stomach among struggling to eat due to the outcome on my gut, sickness, I spend almost all day every day in bed as I can't go out or do anything. Wonder why I'm even bothering to struggle on. I'm miserable in constant pain and discomfort and just don't know why no one will help me. My complaints just get shrugged off.
