About: John Radcliffe Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

We went to J Radcliffe hospital Children's A&E, the speed, kindness, care etc we received was perfect, all doctors and nurses were really good. Then we were sent to Tom's ward, where we had a staff member at night who seemed like they did not want to be there: answered us in what I considered to be a very demeaning way, handovers were terrible, next person was not kept informed, admin not informed to cancel and rearrange appointments for the LO, (which they told us will be done through the hospital)

But the consultant was so reassuring, explaining everything very clearly, hopefully treatment will work and LO will be fine.
