About: Cranleigh Gardens Medical Centre

I was horrified of the time I wasted waiting for the staff to find my prescription. Over half hr of my time wasted and in the end walked out as I had enough of waiting. The staff didn't seem to care about how long the people wait.this isn't the first time. I was waiting to get served for over 10 minutes and they all just walked past me as if I wasn't there.

Its disgraceful and not very good practice. They are more interested about what each others lives are like instead of serving the public.i think a real shake up is needed. People were being served after me and going out before me.

It has such a bad name and the people I speak to say the same.

Thank you for taking the time to provide the practice with feedback. I am sorry to hear of your recent experience when collecting your prescription.

After investigating matters and speaking with you about this incident this relates to a visit to the pharmacy next to our practice which is a separate organisation to the Medical Centre. We have arranged to meet with the owner of the pharmacy to discuss your comments.
