"Bad place"

Having dealt with mental health issues all my life and only 32 years later, I was reffered to the correct place through Dinnington group practice after lengthy kick offs. Having seen a different doctor every time, looking at the same screen notes I wasn't able to be treated correctly all these years. That's is my first problem. The other problem I have is the receptionists. They are very rude, they don't understand people's situation or needs. They are argumentative, un responsive and someone with mental health issues will tell you that being spoken to in the wrong way could cause serious actions. It is not a friendly place to go to.

It is basically an AnE establishment as you cannot book an appointment with the doctor of your choice. You can only go in as an emergency or wait a week for a sick note telephone call. That's is all they do. Now we're do I stand with mental health issues, doesn't go out of house, struggles to remain in a crowded place, having to pluck the courage up to wait in a waiting room for hours to see an unknown doctor for ten mins to not get anything resolved in my head. Again I don't have emergency life threatening symptoms, so why would I take a space up?

So I will run down what I'm rambling on about.

The staff (receptionists) are unhelpful, abrupt, and think they know as much as a doctor. Not good for someone who doesn't see the light same as the next person.

How this place is run isn't very good, it's not an AnE so why treat it like one.

Having to constantly moan and complain to get anything done is a joke. If I didn't I wouldn't have had my diagnosis of my mental illness and would still be seeing a random doctor who isn't helping.

Having no point of contact with a consistent doctor.

And last one is that I've had to change we're I get my prescription due to the fact I cannot go into that place any more. It makes me sad angry and more depressed.

I'm not happy and I know there are many people who just arnt satisfied with this place
