Tried to register with them as they are my closest GP. They refused to register me as they were too busy!! I asked to speak to the practice manager and she was no help at all. As I walked out, the patients in queue were saying I had made the correct decision to not register there as the service is so shocking. An elderly lady was waiting to have stitches out and they were very dismissive towards her too. It is honestly practices like this that give the NHS a bad name.

The practice is sorry to hear about your recent experience but registrations are preferably done between the hours of 12.00---3.00pm as it is less busy during these hours and staff can deal with the registration process appropriately. We value all our patients and treat them with dignity and respect. The practice endeavours to provide the best possible care to all its patients. If you would like to contact the surgery to discuss this further please call the surgery and ask for the practice manager.
