About: Green Lane, Goodmayes Medical Practice

I was very appreciative of the GPs and staff at the surgery for their welcoming manner and for the fact that they are not dismissive of the PPG’s comments and recommendations, but instead listen and try to work together to improve the service and practice. I also appreciated the fact that management and one particular doctor take the time to attend and participate in these meetings.

Thank you for your kind comments. The doctors and staff at Goodmayes Medical Practice are very grateful for the time and commitment given by our PPG members and find our group meetings to be very helpful in as far as listening and learning where problems are occurring and agreeing on measures to improve these problems. The quarterly meetings are most enjoyable and we would like to encourage more patients to join our friendly group. If anyone is interested please email the surgery or ask for details at reception.
