NHS Forth Valley Dermatology Department.
Due to the parking situation at NHS Forth Valley. And to avoid a 25 minute walk in the rain public transport would require. I arrived 50 minutes before my appointment to ensure finding a space.
After I arrived in the Day Surgery Unit, Kirsty & Tracy were very professional, helpful, friendly and put me right at ease. My procedure was fully explained before it began. And the aftercare required was also fully explained.
The staff at Forth Valley has always been first class.
