About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Neurology

(as a service user),

Over the last few years I have been falling a lot in a number of diffrent ways. I have had a few tests done now. They have came back more or less ok. I have also been waiting for an E. E. G at Hairmyres for the past 18 months now. Due to the fact I do not know why I am falling, I am not going out with anyone as I am worried about falling. Not the first time I have had a black eye or badly cut face. My wife is going to work with the worry as I am falling and knocked my self out before so it is now putting pressure on my wife and other family members.

All I want is to find out what is wrong then maybe  I can get on some form of treatment. Due to worrying I have also started to be very hard to live with due to mood swings and very bad panic attacks (feels like I am going to die). My hands tremor. I just wish I could find out what's wrong. It's getting me really down. Wish I could get this E.E.G test done maybe then I can find out why?
