(as a service user),

Vicky is my keyworker through the Livewell at home project.   She is so good, has a wonderful personality and puts me at ease.   Nothing is to much trouble for her.   I have cancer and had to have operations, she offered support and helped me to sort my money and benefits.   Nothing could have been done better, she made me feel supported and good - she's an angel, she's just a positive lovely person - yes, she's my own angel.
