"Mental health care"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult Mental Health Services - Community (County)

(as a service user),

I was referred to the crisis team by my psychiatrist. Every practitioner I saw from the tram was fantastic, especially the peer support worker who I felt really understood me and my difficulties.

Dear J174

Thank you for taking time to post your feedback.

I am delighted that your experience with the Crisis team was helpful and that team who visited you were fantastic, especially the peer support worker.

Both the City and County South Crisis teams now have peer support workers who are part of the team, a new and valuable addition, I think you would agree.

I will make sure I feedback your comments to the team.

Keep well and keep connecting!

Kind regards

Ruth
