About: Bodey Medical Centre

I have been with the Bodey Medical center for over a year now, and there have been multiple times when i have wanted to complain due to really bad and unhelpful service. I have found some of the receptionists to be extremely rude, on the phone and in person, where it seems as if they have no time or patience to speak to there patients. It has now happened twice to me where I have booked an appointment with a nurse or doctor, and when I arrive at the appointment they have booked me in for the wrong reason or wrong doctor, meaning that I had to wait to have another appointment another day. Yesterday I waited a week to have an appointment with a nurse - they sent me to another doctor surgery which was far away - I had to get an taxi there - and when i arrived they had booked me in for a blood test which was not at all what i was meant to go in for - so I was turned away with nothing, yet again. Today they made me come in three times, only to be turned away by a very passive aggressive nurse who clearly just did not want to speak to me. Overall I have had a really terrible experience with the Bodey Medical Center, and I do not recommend anyone going there as they are unhelpful, rude and you have to wait ages to actually be seen by someone.
