"Felt rushed throughout the appointment"

The doctor made me feel quite angry on exit, felt rushed throughout the appointment and was spoken to inwhat I considered to be a very arrogant tone. I don’t expect to be shushed when asking a question about a diagnosis, The doctor seemed more interested in reading the letter on a laptop than actually helping us find any answers. On this occasion I was very appalled by the service I received and would not recommend. I am currently training to be an adult nurse so am well aware of how to communicate with patients and I would never speak to anyone I am treating the way I was spoken to.
