(as a service user),

We came in as my son was ill with a bad chest. We were treated with kindness and compassion throughout, supported and got to go home the same day, thank you a million acorn, you made a very stressful day that little bit easier

It can be so stressful for the whole family when your child is unwell, so I am pleased to hear that you were able to take your son home the same day. I shall share your kind words with the team that were working on Acorn yesterday: Dr Alex, Dr Claire, Nurses Vicky, Paula, Emma and Sue. We are very proud of all our team here on the Children's Unit.
