"Not answering the phone"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I feel absolutely frustrates that I have rang 15 times now and let the phone ring until it goes off, I cannot believe that there is no body there to answer the phone, what on earth is going on in the eye department. I find the service shocking to say the least. I have to have annual checkups as I am suspect glaucoma, this is my eye sight we are talking about. It's a disgrace and needs desperately to be addressed.
