My Uncle was admitted to Northampton General Hospital Accident and Emergency Department.
The A&E department was extremely busy, with people waiting on stretchers for rooms and sat in chairs awaiting assistance.
However despite this the care my uncle received from Luke, Libby and Red was outstanding. They were kind. caring and professional and a credit to their professions.
Thank you so much Luke, Libby and Red for showing compassion and empathy to my uncle.
