About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire

(as a service user),

First came into drug + alcohol services February 2019. 

This was a referral when a patient at Older Persons Mental Health Hospital in Southampton, after a period of heavy drinking + abuse of prescription medication. 

Group work attended, several courses attended: Mindfulness, tointuative recovery + 2 AA meetings (Contradiction of ideas between these 2. Counselling sessions attended through 'Inclusion' Group. All very helpful, informative + Supportive.
